[Server] Clarify that totalOplogSlotDurationMicros is available prior to 7.0

      Hello Team,

I'm reaching out regarding updates to our documentation concerning the parameter totalOplogSlotDurationMicros. This parameter was initially introduced in version `7.0`, as outlined in the corresponding Jira ticket (https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/SERVER-70155). However, it appears that this parameter was backported to previous versions as well.

Upon reviewing our documentation (https://www.mongodb.com/docs/v6.0/tutorial/troubleshoot-replica-sets/), it states: "Starting in MongoDB 7.0, the totalOplogSlotDurationMicros in the slow query log message-----". This statement might lead to confusion as it suggests that the parameter was introduced only in version 7.0, while customers have reported encountering this in their slow logs in version 6.x as well.

Although I found mention of this parameter in the release notes for version 6.0, I believe it's important to clarify in the documentation that this parameter is applicable to versions lower than `7.0` due to its backporting.

I propose updating the documentation to reflect that while the parameter was officially introduced in version `7.0`, it also applies to version `6.0` and potentially even earlier versions due to backporting. This clarification will ensure consistency and accuracy for our customers. The same with version 5.0.

Let me know your thoughts on this proposed update.

      Regards,
      Anantha Krishna Pai
