We need to document how to obtain and build Cyrus SASL on Windows for the C++ driver DLL with SASL support. Since other drivers contain SASL support without being closed source, I believe building the C++ driver on Windows with SASL support should be available as a free product as well. There is nothing technical preventing this, other than documentation. The steps to build Cyrus SASL on Windows are currently contained on the Windows Enterprise wiki page.

I believe that the Enterprise documentation currently contains enough information for working with Kerberos on Windows, so there is little further to document on that front.
