      Problem Statement/Rationale

After upgrading to version 1.28.1, Compass doesn't connecto to a MongoDb Replicaset in a server version 4.0.23

Rolling back to version 1.26.1, the problem is solved

      Steps to Reproduce

Try to connect to a replicaset using a connection string like this:

      mongodb://user:password@server1:port1,server2:port1,server3:port1,server4:port1,server5:port1/database_name?authSource=database_name&replicaSet=DB&readPreference=secondary&appname=MongoDB%20Compass&ssl=false

      Expected Results

Connects right and can navigate the database

      Actual Results

      Timeout
