Summary

Support collecting telemetry metrics for insert, update, delete, findAndModify, count, and distinct commands.

Motivation

PM-2885 laid a foundation for collecting and exposing query execution metrics with the goal of providing more insights on customer workloads to our Go To Market organization. These metrics are tracked for find and aggregate commands. However, in order to get a full picture of the workloads present, we need to be able to track both read and write patterns from all command types.
