      Description

Evergreen has a manifest for listing the revisions of any repositories referenced in the modules section of the project configuration file. It provides useful information about the timeline of commits across multiple repositories when trying to track down at what commit a module may have introduced or fixed an issue. There is nothing like that as a diagnostic for the timeline of image deploys.

I'd want https://evergreen.mongodb.com/host/sir-51wi775h to be able to tell me what AMI version is being used as part of the "Marked as provisioned" message and for there to be additional information on that page (or perhaps on https://evergreen.mongodb.com/event_log/distro/rhel62-large) to be able to associate that AMI version with a githash of the 10gen/toolchain-builder repository.
