      Description

      Looking at the following task:

      https://evergreen.mongodb.com/task/sys_perf_linux_1_node_15gbwtcache_out_of_cache_scanner_patch_96a1a78772038fa29b94dbe92b51b9e9957d3f6f_5d7c15d89ccd4e6f42903648_19_09_13_22_20_52#

Change the metric to "Latency99thPercentile" then go to the Table view. There is a latency number reported of, e.g., 277,207,637,625 (277 billion). This number is clearly bonkers, but I have no idea how to track down the source of this insanity.

Where do the numbers for the grid come from? None of the data that genny sends via perf.json seems to indicate this. Is this from cedar/poplar and friends?
