I noticed that validates_uniqueness_of doesn't seem to work on my field which is named hash. Not sure if this is a prob with mongoid or some other name conflict. The field works correctly in every other respect that I've tried (assigning etc).

Anyone know a work around that might get validates_uniqueness_of working? Thanks!
