Shouldn't promoteValues cast Decimal128 as floats?

      v10.13.0

      Was surpised to find Decimal128 values not casted back on find like other special bsonType values. Not sure if it's missing or not. I guess there might be some precision issues while casting, but getting back floats when no precision is lost would be great.
