Summary

This epic is for tracking improvements that can be made to the platform testing infrastructure across the Node driver and its modules and extensions.

Motivation

We want to make sure that our testing matrix reflects the MongoDB supported platforms - we need to ensure we cover a representative sample of the systems we are expected to support (e.g., ARM, POWER, s390x, Linux, Windows, and MacOS).

For the BSON library, which has packages for both web and non-web environments, we want to make sure we test a representative sample of those, too.
