Distinguish between maxTimeMS and cursor timeouts

      The doc block cited in jenssegers/laravel-mongodb#2460 refers to a cursor timeout but the code itself refers to the maxTimeMS option for the find command. These are technically different and suggests room for improvement in the documentation.
