Our test suite currently calls the legacy hello command in a number of places. Eventually that command will be removed from MongoDB, and it will likely only be callable as the first command on a connection long before it is removed. Change the test suite to discover the availability of the "hello" command in the ClientContext, store the 'hello command' that should be used in the test suite and consult ClientContext when deciding which command to call.
