enhance server_info API with full server information

      The current server_info API returns very little information about running server. If possible please update this API to provide more complete information about running server. In particular I'm interested to get via API the following:

      • does server uses the journal and journal commit interval
      • syncdelay value used by server
      • location of database files

      Ideally the server_info should cover all possible options used by mongod and return their values/settings.
