DBClient has a method which supports listCollections, called getCollectionInfos(). We will add a similar method called getDatabaseInfos(), which will call listDatabases. This method will support the nameOnly, filter, and authorizedDatabases parameters to listDatabases, though only nameOnly is strictly necessary for this design.
