Let's imagine that we have 100 shards and during a balancer round we are dropping-recreating the collection: half shards will return the data size of an older incarnation and half will return the data size of the new incarnation.

Purpose of this ticket is to add am optional uuid field to the request so that the balancer can ask for data size of a specific incarnation of a namespace.
