Fix failpoint in initial_sync_fails_after_source_resyncs.js

      In this test, we turned fail point "beforeFinishFailPoint" off before turning the other two fail points off . then there is a chance that the server has already shutdown when the two commands to set fail point arrived at server.

      We should turn off fail point beforeFinishFailPoint at last.
