To ensure that no concurrent DDL operations can occur on both the ECOC namespace and the temporary ECOC namespace while compaction is in progress, the compact coordinator must acquire additional locks for both of these namespaces, similar to how the rename coordinator acquires an additional lock for the target namespace.
