Fix checkMetadataConsistency uassert error message

      In these two uassert (1, 2) we wrongly mention "aggregate" command.

      Instead we should say somenthing like:

      "checkMetadataConsistency command on admin database can only be run without collection name. Found unexpected collection name: \{collName}"
