Verify that a user with an existing replica set or standalone in 7.0 can continue to connect using a replica set or standalone connection string after the replica set or standalone is upgraded to 8.0 (i.e. bootstrapped as a single-shard cluster with embedded config server).
Verify that the user can continue to use the replica set or standalone as expected. Test CRUD and DDL commands (in and not in transaction), applyOps command, replication commands and commands against the local database. For now all commands are still serviced through the shard code path so they will work as expected. But this test will provide the test coverage needed in ~~SERVER-81968~~ (currently blocked).
