We added sys-perf variants that run with different levels of query stats rate-limiting in SERVER-82559. It will be useful to have these numbers in the near-term in case questions arise around the impacts of different rate limits as we deploy the feature. However, once query stats is more established we don't need to keep spending resources on this. We should re-evaluate whether we need to keep running these tasks in the future.
