Make direct_shard_connections_server_status.js use assert.soon when checking the metrics after closing one of the connections

      SERVER-83361 made this test explicitly close the connection it creates but the race in BF-30855 can still show up so the next option is to use assert.soon to wait until the connection is destroyed in the server side.
