Log QuerySolution hash when final plan is chosen

      For improved debugability, let's log the hash (at log level 5) of the winning query solution when planning is finished. The log line that might fit best would be 

      {msg: "Winning solution", "attr": {"bestSolution":"FETCH ... "}}

      we could add on the hash as an additional field.
