Getting false host down alerts in Cloud Manager

      Hello Team,

       

      I am receiving regular false "Host is down" alerts for 2 groups ADS_prod and ADS_t2_prod. I am also seeing that the automation agent is not able to connect to the servers in these groups for over 15 mins sometimes.

      Could you please check and let us know if we are missing anything in the configuration? Please let me know what information is needed.
