The documentation seems to say that no evictions happen until the cache reaches 95%, and then once they start proceed until the cache is reduced to 80%.
What I believe I observe is that background evictions begin at 80% and attempt to keep the cache at 80%. If cache usage rises to 95% application threads begin to help with evictions.
What is correct?
