Checking valgrind runtimes we see that the tests run for over 2 days now, this is far too long.

The test_wt2853_perf test has already been removed from testing under valgrind (mostly) and looking at when these recent delays arise test_wt2695_checksum likely makes up much of this new runtime.

We should look to tune down what is run by make check in many of these cases.
