While analysing some statistics from a users workload it occurred to me that a few more metrics would be useful:

• A metric tracking the amount of time application threads spend stalled by eviction.
• A metric tracking the amount of time threads spend waiting for the dhandle list lock (and possible other high level locks in WiredTiger).
