We've just created the mongodb-3.6 branch, I'd like to take the opportunity to:

(a) review the Jenkins tests that have "mongodb-X.Y" names to see whether they can be folded together and run against multiple branches; and
(b) review other tests that currently run only against develop and add mongodb-* branches where appropriate.
