luke.chen, we should configure test/format stress testing for the WiredTiger build with --enable-page-timestamp-format configured.

I don't think we need much multi-platform testing. I was thinking maybe one "normal" stress test and one sanitizer test run?

It's temporary until the 4.2 release, of course.
