Set standard WiredTiger configure options

      Check existing Jenkins jobs to figure out various WiredTiger configure options currently used. The goal is to have the standard WiredTiger configure options confirmed with team and use it as the base for most tests in Evergreen, and understand various special configure options and apply them during migration. 

      It would be good to have a table to track configure options for each Jenkins job, and create a wiki page to document frequently used WiredTiger configure options. 

      Use MongoDB's WiredTiger configurations as default configuration.
