The current workload doesn't stress 4.2 as much as we'd like.

One thing we've noticed is that the lookaside table (and history store in 4.4) isn't getting utilized much at all.

We should experiment with increasing the transaction length of the LongLivedReader and LongLivedWriter actors and see if we can trigger more strenuous usage of lookaside.
