We will add new statistics to track the following values:

• maximum weak hazard pointers in use across all active sessions searched
• time spent resolving uncommitted updates in txn_commit
• time spent resolving uncommitted updates in txn_rollback
• uncommitted update commit modified committed update in the history store
• uncommitted update rollback modified committed update in the history store

 We will add a Python test to ensure these statistics function as expected.
