      From November 25th, multiple Jenkins jobs started to fail due to a new requirement that was introduced as part of SERVER-61710.

      Error:

      The 'pkce==1.0.3' distribution was not found and is required by the application

      We decided to update the compilation scripts so they check (and install if missing) the requirements before proceeding to the tests.
