Add a debug option to let the reconcile page to retain the time window of an update

      There are a couple of issues recently raised due to the presence of time windows values on the value cell of a page. Currently, it is not possible to control easily to let the reconcile operation retain the time window values.

      Scope:

      • Create a new debug option to let the reconcile write the time window values.
      • Add a test to demonstrate this option.
