If we look at the base_test_default.txt configuration, we can see that the stat_cache_size and the stat_db_size sub configurations that are part of the runtime monitor configuration have enabled=true. This does not seem to make sense if we look at how they are defined in test_data.py. The enabled field is only at the component level.

This ticket should:

• Investigate the need of having enabled at the sub configuration level
• Update all the impacted configurations or the code depending on the agreed solution
