We upgraded to a more powerful host to run the cppsuite stress tests, we should tune the existing workloads to make them more stressful.

In this ticket we will tune search_near_03_stress. The best way to do that is to change the parameters, create a patch build, view the ftdc, repeat.

If its unclear which parameters are useful to tune, reach out to the author of the workload. If bugs are encountered during tuning, they may need to be fixed before the workload can get pushed to evergreen.
