Missing doc/mallard2man.py

(and make install-man don't work if not build)

Various man pages have too generic name, and conflict with system man pages:

libbson 1.2.3 is not affected
But mongo-c-driver 1.2.3 is affected.

Even worst:
IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'doc/man/mongoc_version.3.tmp'

Before the build, a simple "mkdir doc/man" fix this.

Yes version 1.2.3 is ok, only 1.3.0 is affected.

Yes, as explained in initial report, doc/mallard2man.py is missing in official archive.

Did this work for you for the 1.2.0 release (wondering if this is new packaging issue – or been a problem all along)?

The --enable-man-pages target works for me using git, as does make man and make (sudo) make install-man

The "too generic names" is an excellent point though.
