 Description   

Found during the implementation of the EPAM performance tests for the C driver. mongo_cursor_next reports more data, but it is incorrect and we know that we are suspiciously at the end of the set of large documents.

fixed - if cursor->reply->fields.num == 0 return MONGO_ERROR
complexity due to tailable cursors should be examined for simplification
