This must've been a late-breaking change, after we'd made a release branch for 1.5. Therefore I fixed it first on master (3bd52c3) and cherry-picked over to the r1.5 branch (1a0f9a9c).

jesse: Why is the fixVersion for this issue 1.5.0? The related commit (3bd52c3) only exists in 1.6.0 and later tags.

Message: CDRIVER-1933 smallest maxStalenessSeconds is 90

Revert code to parse "idleWritePeriodMillis" from ismaster, and revert
changes that allowed maxStalenessSeconds to be a float. Sync JSON tests
from specs repo.
Branch: master
