We should base64 encode the content of the file, export it as a environment variable in the project settings then read the environment from within a script, decode it, and write the file.

Doing this in the drivers-evergreen-tools repo would be preferably so we only need to do this once, not per driver

This is currently blocked on installing the kerberos keytab file on the images so it doesn't have to be part of our repository
