 Description

Since order among TXT records is not defined, the Initial DNS Seedlist Discovery says:

In case two TXT records for the same host name include the same connection string option, a Client SHOULD warn the user.

Note, this is different from multiple strings within a single TXT record.

The spec has been updated to say that multiple TXT records are an error, not a warning. Done as part of CDRIVER-2257.
