| Description |

In the process of bundling, then unbundling libsnappy we were left with the quirky ENABLE_SNAPPY options SYSTEM, AUTO, and OFF. This made sense when BUNDLED was also an option, but not now. For consistency with other system library dependencies, rename SYSTEM to ON. Support SYSTEM but don't document it. |
