Epic Link: CDRIVER MongoDB 4.0 Support

 Description

The autoIndexId on the create command has been deprecated since 3.2. The driver should similarly deprecate it, and also stop sending autoIndexId : true by default, as that results in a warning in the response:

{ "note" : "the autoIndexId option is deprecated and will be removed in a future release",

Message: CDRIVER-2626 delete duplicate test code

It had been a test of the autoIndexId option when creating a collection,
but it evolved to the point where it didn't test anything at all.

test_get_collection_info has evolved to the point where it tests creating a collection with the exact same options twice. Close this ticket after deleting half of that test.
