In the past we have forgotten to add MONGOC_EXPORT to a functions header file and as a result, the function isn't available in the dynamic library for Windows. Let's find a way to automatically test this so we don't make the mistake again. See |

One idea is to write a script that parses the public headers, e.g. a clang plugin, to verify the MONGOC_EXPORT attributes are on the function definitions. |
