An idea that came out of discussion with clyde.bazile for mock tests in mock_server_enable_debug(mock_server); Tracing technically does this, but tracing is super verbose and easy to read through. |

We already have this in the form of an environment variable MONGOC_TEST_SERVER_LOG=stdout, documented in CONTRIBUTING.md. |
