Currently, some tasks have a batch time of more than a week, or weekly. Consequently, several commits might happen between tasks making it more difficult to track down exactly when a bug occurs. Alternatively, we could lower batch times or use cron with a predefined scheduled to activate long-running tasks once a week, at midnight between Sat/Sun (see Build Variants). |

Lowered batchtime of OCSP tests to one week and TSAN/Valgrind tests to one day. Also added a local copy of evergreen config generator Python utility for future modifications of the evergreen config. |

Opted to just lower the batchtime on OCSP (and potentially TSAN and Valgrind). |
