 Description   

This satisfies build warnings when compiling with -Wstrict-prototypes.

I came across this in mongodb/mongo-php-driver#1381 and looked through PHPC, libmongoc, and libmongocrypt for occurrences to fix. See also: Stack Overflow discussion.

I missed that this was already fixed by CDRIVER-4484; however, the PHPC and MONGOCRYPT tickets can remain.
