Where the driver checks for MONGOC_ERROR_QUERY_COMMAND_NOT_FOUND (59), e.g. in mongoc_collection_create_index, also look for 13390 (old mongos) and no-error (older mongos). |

The server standardized its error codes some years ago and we no longer need check for additional "command not found" codes. |
