 Description

It looks like write concern inheritance was originally added in this commit; however, it was removed from mongoc_collection_update() at some point. It appears it was never added to mongoc_collection_create_bulk_operation().

mira.carey@mongodb.com: I opened the PR against master, but it presumably is also a bug in 1.0.x if you're still supporting that minor version.
