New GridFS spec says not to call the filemd5 command. |

Thanks Marius. For reasons I don't yet know, the in-progress update to the MongoDB Drivers' GridFS specification will likely recommend not executing filemd5. When the spec's published I'll link to the rationale here. |

The previous driver did this, it was very nice to have. Maybe add a bool on one of the gridfs functions, or provide a function that does this easily. |
