The goal is to compile without warnings everywhere; not, mainly, because every warning is cause for alarm, but because compiler warnings make attractive targets for low-value bug reports and pull requests that drown out more important project activity. |

-Werror is now enabled for GCC on Solaris (32 & 64bit), and Ubuntu. Created another ticket to track this for clang as that'll require fixing painful align warnings... |
