 Description

As a developer I want to bulk delete documents so I can remove documents from my collection that I know to be incorrect from testing the application during testing.

I don't want to drop the whole collection because I don't want to have to reinitialize it (through code).

Use case from an interview with Jamie Weldon

Closing this issue in JIRA. It's been moved to the new, unified feedback engine at https://feedback.mongodb.com/forums/924283-compass.

We are looking for input to decide how to prioritize it, so go there, look for the suggestion, vote and leave comments. If you don't find it, feel free to create a new one.

I am also looking for this functionality as a developer. I want to delete all the records(documents) in a single hit from a collection that matches the query(like we do in mongo shell). Looking forward for this functionality in future version of mongodb compass.

Many Thanks.
